We Do Not Win Unless Your Property Does
If MT Stays does not beat what you would have earned from an AST within the first 90 days, we will waive our entire management fee until we do.
The comparison will be based on the property's agreed AST benchmark and the income reporting provided during the assessment and onboarding process.
